The oil filter was not changed on my 580 Mercedes sedan. Your people changed the oil without telling me that they did not have the correct Mercedes oil filter. After an hour long wait they charged me 200,oo dollars and said i should go to the Mercedes dealer and bring them the correct filter. This was outright fraud and I demand a reffund. This is consumer abuse and rates no star.

I highly recommend this place for your inspection sticker. Plus you get a $10 car wash for free. The break room is so clean they give you popcorn and coffee. The car wash is a drive-through car wash they still brush the front of your car and the back of your car to make sure to get all the hot spots before going into the car wash, hand towel dry and they even armoral your tires...10 stars

Pulled in a little after 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon for a safety inspection. One car was in the service bay in front of me. Within 20 minutes, the inspection had been completed and my car was ready to go. Technicians were polite and reminded me my receipt was good for a week for a free car wash. The the even suggested since rain was in the forecast to wait a couple days before getting the car washed.

Pulled in for State Inspection. The direction, and communication from the employees made the process easy. Waiting area was great. Plus, a free car wash with the service is a wonderful addition. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I appreciate the service here on all levels.

I showed up for a state inspection and was so pleasantly surprised by the efficient process, clean waiting area, and free car wash afterwards! The free external wash included tire shine which was unexpected. The whole process took maybe 15-20 min. Thanks guys, I'll be back!
