We drove an hour to the dealership just to be told the car was sold. "They use an AI service to communicate that doesn't update when cars are sold." Therefore, I wasn't communicating with a real person to confirm my appointment the day before,or to confirm I was on my way the next morning. Horrible way to do service.

I went in for a Chevy Maibu at $7,395. When I called in to get the car, the price was $8,995. I didn't go back.
