“The business is a class act. I thought my pickup needed brakes (it has 138K miles on it and never been changed) because I was hearing a slight squeak when I braked. They checked it out and informed me, honestly, that I have at least 10K miles or more remaining on them. I had the oil service and tires rotated. They delivered my pickup back within 90 minutes and the fee was very reasonable. America needs more repair shops like this one!”
“TNT Ford did a great job. The work took longer than they anticipated, which was fine but made it a little challenging over because it was around Christmas time and we were traveling a lot. I wish we would have been able to have a loaner vehicle that was more comparable to the vehicle we had. Ford Broncos don't compare to Ford Expeditions when it comes to carseat set ups. But like I said, we made it work. As for the actual service work and communication from the service department- it was top notch! They were responsive and awesome at explaining the problem to me. I never felt like they were taking advantage of me being a female and not really understanding cars. Which is huge for me. I hate depending on my husband to make those phone calls for me. :) We will for sure be brining our vehicle there if we ever need service done again.”
