They misled me to drive out to the dealership only to find out the vehicle I was looking for had already sold and tried to pitch hard to sell me another vehicle that hardly matched the one I originally drove ALL THE WAY THERE for. Brought it in to replace brake pads and rotors, they charged me $170 diagnostic check to tell me it needed pads and rotors (the exact reason I brought it in for). It was fixed that day but they forgot to call me to let me know it was ready. I got a call the following day as I was already leaving town and had made other vehicle accommodations.

Also the carfax miles are incorrect. I had 50,000 Mike's in February and 52,000 miles now. Can that be fixed? Brandon said he'd fix it, but it is still incorrect in this email.
