I got multiple emails from multiple names, but didn't get a reply to my specific questions until Kam finally reached out personally. Then things went smoothly. But it would've been nice to see pictures uploaded much sooner. I believe it was listed over a week without pics.

However I was constantly battling to find out what needs the used vehicle I was purchasing were and in pushing kept finding more. The dealership did come down in price on vehicle but I did ask for some work to be done on the vehicle before purchase and in looking afterwards am not convinced it was actually even done.

Dealership adds additional $800 in dealer fees, including $200 for door-edge tape I didn't want. They also offered me more than $2,000 less than low trade-in value for my car, and had me sitting there for over 2 hours while they were trying to find out additional information about the car (CarFax has it listed as an "F Sport" but its a base model) and the Lexus Certification/Platinum Service Agreement program, for which they quoted $1,500 higher than a competitor.
