This was for a used car. Experience was great. Honest sales staff. Answered questions and made sure Carfax was reviewed to ensure I understood the vehicle history prior to moving forward. Luckily the past owners had great maintenance records that were reported to Carfax.

Wasn't please with the way I was spoken to or treated by service advisor Brad Ashby. Treated me poorly and the service was terrible. My tired fell off my vehicle after they so called fixed it only 3 minutes from driving away from the dealership. Then was forces to pay for the towing .

Great except that the company has a work desk in the showroom that has no wifi reception. I thought I had had an intrusion into my laptop for an hour and took my laptop to a computer store to clear the virus after I got the car. Really scared me. Please fix it or put up a sign--or move the work desk into a wifi zone.

Per usual, they do a great job. My car had to stay a little longer than expected so I had to take the loaner home for a couple of days. Brad Ashby was very helpful and communicated continually about what was going on. I live 2 hours away and not always easy to just leave work to get my vehicle. They brought it to me which I greatly appreciated.

Took vehicle recently purchased in for an oil change. Technician recommended a spark plug change which one would expect a Mercede-Benz dealer to do prior to letting the vehicle out the door. Chose to wait until next service and then less than 150 miles later two of the coils failed. Curious that happened right after they checked the spark plugs.

Great service, I brought my BMW M3 in for a airbag recall and they got that done very quick. The only reason I said 4 stars instead of 5 is because when they ran my car through the wash my side reflector fell off on the drivers side and I tried to call the people who worked there and even left the manager 3 voicemails and still never heard back from them.

They have done a wheel alignment for my car, driver's side is bad. They have no notes from the tech, no suggestions from service manager. Went to go talk to him and said, he suggest to replace some parts here and there to see if it fixes the problem. Such an irresponsible suggestion, if a dealer can't figure out, these people shouldn't be qualified to have a dealership representing the brand name.

I previously had an interior cleaning done here and I was extremely satisfied. This time the tech left many places poorly cleaned and missed some places completely. I also had the oil changed and they failed to reset the electronic reminder. Not very satisfied this go round.
