Didn't close my air filter box. Caused check engine light to go on and vehicle would shut off. Has to spend a couple hundred dollars getting the vehicle inspected. Also tried to tell me I needed to do all these extra things to service my vehicle that were unnecessary. My free oil change though my jeep wave turned into a $280 expense because they didn't do their job and put everything back properly.

Worst experience ever. Had my truck for a month to change transmission and struts and radiator. All things that should have been noticed before vehicle was ever put on lot to be sold. Now month later has to go back in for transmission and steering wheel is off alignment.

I as not told upon arrival that communication would be done via texting. I waited some time before I checked my phone asking if I wanted additional service done to my car. I prefer talking to someone and not having it done by text. What happened to personal service? I have always been happy previously. New service personnel doesn't make me happy.

To be totally honest I just bought this car from the dealership. And I wasn't that impressed with how they think they can hand over a car to someone. It was absolutely zero oil in the car absolutely no coolant in the car. So I don't really think the car was serviced very much at all while at this dealership

If you are looking for straight honesty with real answers and solutions than Deery Brothers is your must go to. Over priced on parts didn't fix the issue first go around broke down 3 blocks from shop then shop says it was a corroded ground wire but we are gonna put that in the paper work so you don't have to double pay like they was doing me a favor when they should have seen and fixed it the first time around
