“Had a problem with one of my key fobs. I called to make an appointment with JC KIA because it was still under warranty. The next appointment was approximately in three weeks. Fine. The day of the appointment arrived. I signed n and was told it would take approximately 2 hours to get it done. I said I made an appointment why would I have to wait that long just to get a key fob? I guess I asked the wrong question because when my name was called they told me that "yes, this fob is broken but you'll have to come next week to get a new one." I asked why? I was told that dealerships don't carry extra key fobs. That's total BS because other dealerships I've gone to would have it and program it on the spot. They were dragging their feet because it was free under warranty but there is no such thing as a free lunch. I live a half hour drive from the dealership so besides gas it was a $18 bridge toll times 2 this "free" key fob cost me. They knew I was going there for a key fob so why not have at least one in stock? Stay away from this dealership.”
