They have a 2022 Chevy Malibu I was interested in. I was told that i could get the car for 20,000 cash and all I had to do was make sure my daughter loved the car first.. I took the 2 hour drive to go see the car and when we got there the salesman (Brandon) said we can only get $35 off of the vehicle instead .. bad business

went in for first oil change. left with engine light on after driving for a few hours returned next morning they cleared warning. drive a couple more days again engine light. again have to go to shop to clean the EV valve. this is after paying full price although there was coupons on the web site. just a not a oil change does not come with the works : a full work though of the truck.

On going issues that does not get resolved. I am so glad it is not my personal vehicle. I will NEVER buy a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram. I was in the market of getting a Jeep. I definitely will stay away. I have a friend who owns a new Jeep, after several months later, it sounds horrible, like a diesel truck. I will be looking elsewhere. What a disappointment.

So I took my car in for an oil change as usual. It was on a Friday. When u take ur vehicle in they r supposed to check the basics, brakes, tires, washer fluids, etc. Five days later my dashboard lights come on to check my braking system. And when they were finished they tell me my brake fluid was low. U tell me what's wrong with that picture

Service there is the worst. I took my car in at 0800 and didn't get answer until 4 pm. Every time I called for an update I got a different answer. Until the point that I spoke to a supervisor who was also rude about my concerns on my car. I've also notice customers who came after you got to be able before me.if I don't have a warranty I would not go back.

Went in the get my headlights bulbs replaced. The regular headlights and the floodlights. Both the light on the regular was blown and the flood driver side was blown. When I got it back the did replace the regular but the flood was not and both now not working. Very disappointed!

They refused to provide an out-the-door price despite repeated requests. They confounded the process by providing bait numbers but refused to explain the extra fees and all. They eventually became unresponsive after I repeatedly inquired about the OTD price. I was very interested in the vehicle but I was not willing to drive to Staten Island unless they provided clear numbers which they refused to do.
