2.5 hours for an oil change. Got there rep said "get you right in" then they went on lunch break, then 1 hour 20 mins later took it in and went on another break. I scheduled "while you wait" appointment and when not on break they were in slow motion. Price was good because a special but not worth the wait.

Poor customer service. I had an oil change done. Took two hours to complete. And I heard a something scrap under my car. It's clearly something from underneath that could have been caused by all the snow. You'd think they would've mentioned it since they did put my car up on a hoist.

I was overcharged for the job. Meineke charged me separately for changing the serpentine belt and the alternator with each charge being $150, even though disconnecting the sepertine belt is a part of changing the alternator.
