Checked my car battery , car would not start had to jump start my car with my brothers car drove to Hudson nissan to check vehicle battery or keys. Said my battery was fine it was the keys that needed new batteries in remote to start the car. Yes I would recommend this service shop. They allowed me to bring my car there asap without appointment to resolve my issue and that I drove safely home with car.

Advertised oil change price states one thing and I was charged something else. I was told
I was given the synthetic one. I felt over charged for my oil change. Also, my vehicle wasn't washed and detailed as suggested. False report. Additionally, the recommended Maintenance service charges were grossly inflated compared to other providers. I Was not pleased.

Went into Hudson Nissan for an oil and filter change, mechanic took me to my vehicle to show me how filthy the filters were. He updated me on upcoming maintenance my vehicle would need. Wait time for everything to be done was about an hour and fifteen minutes. Not bad at all considering they seemed pretty busy.

My father went in for a full-point inspection and they tried to send him home without doing it. He called me from there, and I had to insist that they perform the inspection. At least now we know what his car needs. In other states, this type of inspection is free.

I had a car service same day from other center and the multi point inspection widely varies for both the providers which raises a quality concern.
Additionally they charge 15% as tax to base total which is way high than state tax (they call it as safety/environmental tax)

Because I have same problem
The car had a problem and the "Check Engine" light appeared. I went to Nissan and they fixed this issue, but another problem appeared: the car started shaking when idling. I went back to Nissan, and they told me that they had fixed the issue. However, the car is still shaking and the engine sound is loud.
