Terrible service. They've installed the wrong spring in my suspension and didn't see the conditions the brakes were in. In another visit they serviced the airbag, when I picked up my car radio and electronics were dead. It's unacceptable for the prices they charge.

This was my first visit Brooklyn Volvo to have the software upgraded for a recall by Volvo. They did the software upgrade and also checked oil and general maintenance. They said the vehicle was in great shape and only 1700 miles so far on the odometer. Thanks Volvo Brooklyn .

Long wait for an appointment. No loaner car. Car serviced two days later than discussed. Same problem reviewed for third time only to be told the repair cost would be an additional $5K after spending thousands of dollars already on what clearly wasn't the issue. Awful.
