He took a detailed look at the situation and determined that oil tubes were leaking, and I wouldn't be able to drive the car until they were fully repaired. He said he would order the parts which would take up to 3 days, secure the car on the premises and repair the vehicle once the parts arrive. It was done, on time and on the projected cost.
