“We bought a set of tires with a warranty last year. One of the tires was damaged so I called about getting it replaced. I was told a matching tire was not available but would get an equivalent one in the same brand. They later called and said I would have to get a different brand.They called to let me know the tire came in and I could bring my car in. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told they weren't to busy and I could go ahead and bring my car in. I waited 3 hours for them to replace one tire. The first hour I waited outside in the heat because there wasn't any available seats inside. After they took my car to the back, they kept telling people they were short handed. I literally asked to make an appointment and was told to bring it in. I'm not happy that the tire doesn't match. All that being said, last year when we bought the tires, everything went great and I would not have hesitated to recommend them. Now, I don't know. I guess if you plan to go, make an appointment.”
