I gave a 4.9 because I didn't get a report until next day on work needed for vehicle, and have been trying to call in to get a quote on getting brake work done and no one will call me back. I left messages.

Carlos my service rep was great. He kept me updated, I guess because it seemed to take longer than I thought it would. I went to Fletcher Jeep because I had one free oil change left. I was told that for an oil change and tire rotation it would cost about $130??? That's higher than back in Southern California! So I don't think I'll be back, unless they have some great specials going on next time I need work done.

Took way way too long for service! I was just there to get an oil change and tire rotation. It took close to two hours for service to be completed, even though I had an appointment to get it done. Shouldn't have to schedule an appointment only to be there 2 hours for a 10-15 job. I probably won't take my vehicle there again

They did not do anything to try to find the problem my vehicle was having. This is the second time they have had my vehicle and not attempted to find the problem. I had to take my vehicle to another dealership to be looked at. 10/10 do not recommend this place

Did not fix the problem. Rude, many not doing anything and customers waiting. Then charging again for inspection when they already charged For a problem that was paid for previously and I can't prove it they came up with another problem. So I yanked with others who had the same experience and I also informed the dealership where I bought the car and informed them of the concern. Will never go there again.

Everybody was so nice and kind when I pulled up to get my car service John he even called me to make sure that I had a good experience with my service on July 16 and I really appreciate it and I don't have the contract that has the oil changes, but I will pay to bring my car there I think I have one more free oil change but when I say everybody was so nice and kind and I will not take my car anywhere else but to get my car service.

I purchased a Jeep from Frank, Fletcher Dodge, and on the way home. It developed in this fire. I returned it to the shop where they determine "needed a new motor or head and it would take several weeks to determine which one. After three weeks, they replaced the spark plug and it runs perfectly.
