I like that they were able to get me a tire that matched all my other tiers but I didn't like that it took all day to get that tire changed out . I also didn't like how I couldn't get a hold of the service writer all day for follow ups. I called four times with no follow up call backs. Their service sucks and I will not be back.

They did a great job on the body work and repairs to the car and everyone was very friendly. The only thing that was a constant challenge was the phone system and the way they manage customer calls. It usually took more than one phone call to get assistance.

Told me everything he saw and what the approximate costs would be to repair my vehicle. Kept me posted on progress of repairs. Every employee I encountered was very concerned about taking care of my needs.

Overall, the service and care was great!! The minor issue I have is I paid with a debit card, yet they still changed me as a credit card. So then the "inconvenience" fee added. After consulting with someone, he said sorry for any inconvenience (LoL), but come see me for your next oil change. They're machines only read and operate as a "credit card" transaction.

I liked that there were no issues to receiving tire rotation, oil change/filter. Though the waiting room was full of customers there was no delay. I liked that a separate form showed all things checked such as brakes, tires, etc. I did not like that Gwatney advertised $79.95 plus tax for this service but my bill was approximately $108 because of shop charges, supplies, etc. not noted in advance.

The drivers side large outer head light has moisture inside the light cover. It hasn't resolved and the area hasn't been wet since 10/6. The cover has small cracks and needs replaced. The smaller light cover to the right of the large cover has an orange paint spot about the size of a thumb print.

Had a shifter replacedwas lucky that they had the part in stock. After diagnosis the repair started. Natasha did a great job of keeping us informed on the status our repair. Nice waiting area. Only annoyance was the repeating episodes of "dog, the bounty hunter" playing on the tv.

Poor communication, had to call several times to find out the status of my vehicle. Additional parts had to be ordered and two weeks turned into 5 weeks. Had to speak to the manager to get it resolved and with today's technology, you would think they can send you a text update with the status.Hopefully, they will implement a change and provide an update to their customers systematically.

Horrible! Worst service visit ever! I will drive 30mins further to Benton from now on just to get an oil change. Lied to me and told me my parts would be in just to drop my car off early in the morning, keep it all day, and call me to tell me the parts aren't in and on back order! Well no S**t! They were on back order when I ordered them 3 months ago. Why would you tell me you have them and keep my car all day for nothing!

The car was filthy, had to immediately have it detailed, which they said they would do, and had a nail in the front tire. The sales man knew it, said they aired it up but nothing was wrong with it. Flat the next day. Took it to a tire shop, huge nail in the tire. I won't ever buy from them again. I already have huge buyers remorse for my daughters car.
