“I brought my car in on 05/12/26 for maintenance, including a brake fluid flush, engine air filter, and cabin filter. The actual service work was excellent, my service advisor was incredibly helpful, and the complimentary loaner vehicle made the entire process very convenient. My only concern arose regarding the scheduled rear brake pad and rotor replacement. I received a call stating the job couldn't be completed because the wheel lock key was missing and the shop's master set didn't fit. I was then given a quote for $600 to replace the locks. However, the key was actually in the vehicle the entire time, located in its standard storage spot underneath the trunk lid. While I understand mistakes happen, missing this detail almost resulted in an unnecessary $600 expense. I am very happy with the overall quality of care and the professionalism of my advisor, but I kindly ask that the technicians pay a bit more attention to the standard storage areas next time to avoid these kinds of misunderstandings.”
“Great vehicle shopping experience. Treated the wife well when she was by herself unlike some other dealerships. Sales person was great. However, when it came to the financing the dealership almost lost our business because only I was on the buyers order from the bank even and we wanted the title in my name and the wifes. We resolved the problem but they almost lost a sale.”
