“Appreciate that the work was completed; however, the problem should have been found when it was initially reported (covered under warranty), rather than waiting until it was out of warranty. Very disappointing that we did not get any consideration that the problem was originally reported during the warranty period. Also, not clear why it takes 48 hours just to look t the vehicle.

“Mark Turner picked me up at my residence and took me to the dealership. That was fortunate for me because I had no other means of transportation at that time. After I signed the papers to get a loan to finance the purchase, the air conditioner was working, but the next day the air conditioner failed. I believe that Onion Creek Auto Group could not have foreseen that the A/C was going to fail. Mark offered to donate a used condenser or compressor to repair the car's A/C.
