But most of all the nice man who brought me hone was nice and friendly.. snd they were prompt in bring back my truck after being fixed and a paper saying what they replaced.,.This time was a better experience than the first time when they did nothing after keeping truck ALL DAY. This is the most amazing service that I have every experienced. The folks came to my place of work, picked up my vehicle, serviced it, and drove it back to my place of work. It does not get any better than that!! I work at least 60 hours a week and this service was a life saver!!!

The staff member, Thomas, was very helpful & professional. I had no appointment, but was worked in so I could get back on the road to a work-related conference in Galveston. My car was packed, & I had already picked up my 2 colleagues when my battery failed. Thomas was a life-saver!!

Service department was very courteous and efficient. Our only problem was FordPass had points for a free oil change and we had to pay instead. The lady in the service department kept trying to get the free first-time service for us but to no avail. Only services performed were changed oil and filter and fix the glove compartment.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had 3 orders ahead of me, but worked quickly to complete my job. The only problem was that I had a lug nut cross-threaded and they couldn't do the tire rotation for fear of breaking it. I have taken all my vehicles to this location for a few years for minor maintenance and inspections. They are great!

Sam was very helpful scheduling an appointment to address the warranty concerns with our Expidition. We explained when we needed the truck back and he worked hard with the service team and completed the repairs early. Sam even called roughly 45 minutes before closing time and said it was ready. We needed the truck so we rushed to get it before closing time. Sam explained everything so that we understood and could make good decisions. I'm very picky about my vehicles. I always look them over for missing or incorrect fasteners etc. I've not found anything out of place other than the dust disturbed to make the repairs. Overall Apple Ford Brenham has taken exceptional care of us with most recently Sam carrying the flag. We did not purchase the truck from Apple but plan to replace it in a couple years. Sam's attention to our needs and customer service will have a definite positive impact on were we shop.
