This experience was fine. The Service Writer did a great job handling my truck and assisted with the items that needed repair. One of my rims was dented a bit from the tire rotation. I'll probably take my truck to a tire care center for this service here on out.

My car was at South Point for over 6 weeks. I was charged $1300 and the car was never fixed. I was told after 6 weeks a part was on "back order" after the car spent a month untouched, and being told daily it would be fixed in a couple of days. I wound up trading the car for a more reliable brand and buying a Subaru.
