“Appreciate that the work was completed; however, the problem should have been found when it was initially reported (covered under warranty), rather than waiting until it was out of warranty. Very disappointing that we did not get any consideration that the problem was originally reported during the warranty period. Also, not clear why it takes 48 hours just to look t the vehicle. Sames seems to work better than Mac Haik at least!”
