I'm still waiting to hear back about another recall. I scheduled an appointment for two recalls and instead of letting me know they didn't have a piece, they fixed one recall and said they'll let me know when the second recall part is in. I wish they would have double-checked they had the parts needed before I came in.

The wait was extremely long and it took long times to get updates. It took them 2.5 hours just to send the estimate of repair costs, without even doing any work. Then another hour at least until we could leave. The estimates were also so high we only did the warrantied work.

I scheduled a service at a specific time in the afternoon. When I arrived, I was told it would take a few hours to complete. The service rep further explained that by signing up for an appointment only tells the service department how many people to expect that day. It was not in any way to appropriate that time for that service. Very misleading and super frustrating.

A little disappointed with this recent visit. Had a alignment done and car pulls a little to the right now, also did not receive discount for booking during afternoon hours as advertised. Will be going back in the future but will pay better attention to work being done and cost.
