Absolutely love their Quick service station. They do a great job of getting you in and out. Also like how they go over your service and give you awareness of everything going on with your vehicle. My only suggestion would be having a vending machine for coffee or water. Got a little thirsty while waiting. But other than that. They have great customer service.

Justin and Rick did a thorough job with my vehicle, and went above and beyond taking care of several issues at one time. Stacy provided friendly and efficient service with transportation. The communication was frequent and they answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was annoying them. This is my 5th lease with Johnson Brothers and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to drop the vehicle off and the dealership gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. The wait time would have been 2.5 hours. Perhaps the dealership could consider accepting appointments to reduce the wait time. In any case, I am satisfied and not inconvenienced.

Every time I come to this dealership I am told 1 price and go to pay and it's always more. Never able to get a loaner because I was told we didn't buy the expedition here, we bought it in Dallas. Guess all fords are not the same. Always missing something, example paid for an oil change, told I got an oil change, weeks later the app and the car tell me get an oil change. I just did it at the last service or did I? Call me to chat

I really enjoy walking in and getting my vehicle's needs taken care of. There are no gimmicks and trying to upsell. You just provide manufacture recommendations based on the age of my vehicle. I like the email links you send out with my maintenance history. This is a valuable tool to help me track what I need next.

They were very friendly and courteous. I just don't like their policy of first come, first served. I asked for an appointment and was told they don't take appointments. You just have to come and wait your turn. I was there almost three hours, just sitting and waiting. I don't consider that good service.

Service Advisior didnt communicate what I would owe until service was already done. But I paid it and moved on. It was just the simple fact I asked him to let me cost and he didnt. I used my Ford Pass Rewards for the first time so I was expecting less of a balance. But the work I requested was done.

One of the issues was possible battery failure which is understandable since the vehicle is 3 years old, but i don't feel it should have taken 2 hours to diagnose the battery status which was then replaced. The staff were very friendly though during this waiting period.

Everything went as expected. Scott was prepared when I arrived and had everything I needed done on the repair order. He asked if there was anything since I set the appointment. There was not. I picked up my loaner and was on my way to my office. Scott texted me that my Expedition was ready that afternoon. Everything was ready to sign and I was in and out in just a few minutes.

The Navigator we drove is just what we need, but we weren't ready to buy until we drove a Lexus LS 500 and a Lincoln Continental Black Label together. Still looking for the Lexus and Black Label to drive so that we can make a decision for purchase in a few months on a specific model. Thanks for the test drive of the Navigator, however. We haven't ruled that option out!
