“I usually have great experience at this dealership, this time it was not so. The communication was nonexistent. My car was dropped off on Wed Aug 26th and no one contacted me about it or what was needed until I called incessantly and finally spoke with the service department manager Friday morning. This after calling for hours on Thurs and leaving multiple messages to be called back and not getting a call. They quoted me a price for something I didn't ask for and the price was grossly inflated - got the work done elsewhere for much cheaper. The guy who finally checked me out on Friday complained they were severely short staffed and that's why the communication was nonexistent. I pray they get back to the way they were as I cannot spend the amount of money they charge for such lackluster service.”
