I liked working with Kwesi. He is thoughtful, kind and straight forward. He looks for opportunities to assist the client and make the service experience pleasant. I did not like that the recommended repair was more than the car value. There should be legalized pricing based on the car value.

Rick was pretty straightforward and spot on for the timing it was going to take for the oil change. I usually allot 2 hours for a wait time, but have waited an entire business day for other cars I've owned previously. 10/10 - I'll be back in a few thousand miles.

The oil change was carried out free of charge this time because of an earlier complaint. But once more the service indicator wasn't reset ( I did it myself afterwards) and I wasn't handed over a copy of the vehicle multipoint inspection sheet. However, the service advisor was friendly and the time for the service to be completed acceptable.

Good service and my service advisor is awesome. He keep me informed on the timing for completion. The truck had to spend the night because of slow download times on a recall fix. He had a uber pick me up the next morning as I didn't have transportation for the extra day of time needed to repair. Overall experience was great.

Told me they did a full inspection and everything was good. I test drove the car but it was raining so I couldn't hear that the rear hub bearing assembly was bad. But I heard it the next morning .Had to replace it before I could drive home to Florida.

This time I had more work done on my car so it took longer. I learned from my previous visit to not come so early. When my car wasn't going to be finished by lunchtime, my service advisor sent me home in an Uber. Once my car was finished, my service advisor let me know and sent anotherUber to pick me up from home so I could get my car!

The service advisor was very informative but I don't understand why the technicians who actually work on the cars do not come in until 8am if the service advisors come in at 6am. I checked in at 6:07am and I did not leave until almost 10am. I was there for a simple oil change.

This was my first experience with Lithia Springs Ford. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about my car. It only took 2 days to get a service appointment and my car was fixed the same day. I will be back to this shop. The people was nice, it is not too far from my home, and the repairs cost were reasonable. You can't ask for better than that!
