They said on the phone after I complained that they changed the axles and boot ,but it's not documented on the paperwork. My truck is shaking when I drive it. Have an appointment to get my truck rechecked with another dealer. Will not be using them again. My son had my truck and I allow him to take it in for an oil change. They said it was a recall on an item that they were to take care of that as well. I would not recommend them.

Being that this was my first time at this location, I felt reassured by the customer service person that I was in good hands. The problem was shown to me that required immediate attention and they resolved the issue with my understanding of what the problem was. They were calm, friendly with offering good customer service to a customer and safety on roads.

Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to pick up my car at the promised time. The only thing I noticed was they didnt give me an updated service sticker to remind me of when my next service will be due. But I can just keep up with my oil life through my MyGMC app.

My daughter took my car as I wasn't able. This service at John Throtons usually cost $59 & includes topping off all fluids. Im glad they had an opening as I needed an oil change but the price was around $70 & I didn't understand why. Also as I said the fluids weren't topped off.

It was an oil change and I had a $20 off coupon. I often change my own oil but this time, because of the coupon, the cost was about the same as if I buy the supplies and change it myself. But a two hour wait for an oil change is too much. I didn't even have them rotate the tires. Staff was very friendly, even gave me a small discount because I waited so long, but no likely to return anytime soon.

I had a set appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. It took about 2 hours to get this completed. Too long. Also received a very abbreviated receipt which showed nothing in a line by line expenses. My charge was not a lot but more than the advertised price plus tax.
