“The entire meeting was an enjoyable experience. We loved the car and bought it the next day. The only problem with the car was a severe cigarette smell in the car. The said they would clean the car and remove the smell. However, when we got the car home, we had to buy an ozone machine and left it in the car for several hours. In addition we let the top down for a trip to the mountains and again left the top down in our garage to air out. We used lysol and cleaned the filter in the car. As of today, most of the smell is gone. We may need to bring it back to the dealership this week for a treatment with them.”
“I liked their inventory, and if I remember correctly they already have discounts included in their 'Feature Pricing', thus the 'Feature Pricing' was not the actual 'sale' cost, but included other hurdles that included money being paid by the consumer.

“I liked the car that I had contacted the dealership about. I didn't like the attitude of Maksim. He had an arrogant, impatient demeanor and avoided answering questions by referring back to the CarFax rather than answering my questions directly. As for the car, it was presented as a pristine one owner. I asked about front end damage noted on the CarFax and was told it's just a blemish on the bumper cover. As a final background check prior to flying down from Detroit I ordered a ClearVin pre-auction report that detailed vehicle history and photos prior to dealer acquisition. The front end damage also included hood damage and spray paint to cover up what appeared to be weathering to the engine compartment from exposure and rodent damage to the hood insulation. Needless to say, I ate the airline ticket, but avoided a disappointment due to non-disclosure.”

“Paul went the extra mile - delivered the car on his day off. Car was in great shape at affordable price. Would do business again with Prime Time Motors!”
