' The experience was exceptional. The individual Jimmy Luong that handled my ticket was very professional and kind. Even though it was a busy Friday my appointment was handled on time and I was updated via text step by step on the progress of my car repair.

I was having my oil changed and tires rotated. It was very easy to make an appointment, and even change it a couple of times, lol. The check in was easy and I was apprised of the progress of my service by Jimmy Luong. I was able to partake in coffee or tea and snacks while I waited. Very comfortable evironment, and Jimmy was very pleasant and helpful.

Lexus used to be above all other brands as far as the customer experience. Apparently, because of the loyalty to their brand - they have decided that the customer experience doesn't matter any more. My service adviser was nice but he didn't really care that I was a long term customer. They quoted me 2 hours - it took 3. The waiting area is fine.

The service coordinator, Juan, always has everything i need ready when I get there and there is never any wasted time. He keeps me updated on everything going on with my car so there are no surprises. When I have technical questions that he cannot answer, he brings in someone that has the answers.

Let me tell you about Nalley Lexus in Smyrna. They are the best we have been going since 2017 and we have not been disappointed. They have changed some but they still offer great service. The car I was going to buy was a 2019 but found another car that was a 2021 that was the same price and had less mileage. When asked if the price of the car could be dropped' the sale person said "No" without the speaking to sale manager for his/her approval.
