“Shopping for a good used Lincoln MKZ I visited several dealerships. Most of which quickly added additional fees to the advertised price of rhe car car for $1700 to $2000 dollars. Explaining them as dealer fees. When asked for services provided for the fee's I was told none.....its added to every sale. At Volkswagen of Chiago there was a paperwork processing fee that was explained up front. My car was delivered to me washed detailed and two new tires installed after a leaking right rear tire was discovered. A few weeks laterI purchased a Lincoln MKZ for my son in NY. The car was still a value priced well below average sale price due to damage history. The dealer tried to raise the price at delivery which was refused. The sale was completed at original price. After adding the $1,495.00 dealer service fee.....the car was delivered.....unwashed ...interior dirty and just passed on as is. This made clear the level of sevice at Volkswagen of Chicago is exceptional. Im not currently in the market for a new VW......but if I was.....I know where I would purchase it.”

“The dealership was very open about providing information regarding the vehicle, accommodating an independent inspection, answering questions, and resolving any issues post-inspection, providing additional photos and videos, and very efficient documenting and closing the sale. I am only awaiting arrangements for transport of the vehicles to my home, but expect that to be promptly resolved. Stephen Mack (sales) was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process, if in the market again, I would certainly call upon them again.”
