Had an oil change and left with oil leaking. They said the engine was leaking oil, on their inspection report, and wanted to charge me $555 to repair. When I got home noticed the oil was leaking I returned and they said the oil plug was "bent". Note, I never had an oil leak before I arrived to this appointment.

They lied about needing an alignment. I had gotten one the previous visit. Had to call them out, the rep said she had checked and verified it was not needed. But if I had not pushed back they wanted to charge me $186. Unsure I can trust them but have no other option with the warranty.

I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be completed. It was all pretty routine and I was there in the morning, which helped. The service manager even gave my CarPlay a look see trying to resolve an issue I was having with it. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, While I was waiting they inspected the vehicle. When they finished with my vehicle They told me it needed other services to be done. I wish they had given me an option if I wanted them to do it while I was already there, that way I wouldn't have to come back.

The service went fine and everything was fixed. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. My most significant concern is it's almost impossible to get through to this dealership by phone. The phone will ring dozens of times without anyone answering. And then when you get through and they transfer you to the service department it will ring dozens more times without anyone answering.

The service manager didn't care nor acted on the situation of my car. An assistant and himself approached the situation about the car door that Dirt of greased that mechanic did. The service manager was to comfortable in his sit and didn't act. No care attitude.

Customer service is great, timeliness of service is great, been there a couple times already only issue is the techs aren't using the correct lug nut socket and torque specs. My wheels have damage due to incorrect socket. Also my lug nut coating has been stripped therefore rust has been forming.

I was disappointed with the service. I took my car in for serve and was told I needed brake pads and rotors. I question this because since purchasing the car it was always serviced by this dealer. Then I was told I didn't need rotors. They misplaced. my wheel lock requiring me to make a return trip to the service department.
