I appreciated having the option to obtain a ride home or receive a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I also valued the patience and courtesy demonstrated by the service staff member. The only aspect I disliked was the extended six-hour waiting period caused by the limited tire supply. Otherwise, the service was exceptional.

Great! Manny was very insightful, very helpful, quick response to any of my questions. Excellent customer service. Replaced the battery and a new alternator. The techs are top of the line experts. The lounge area is royalty status. The fancy coffee machine is one of a kind. Coffee reminded me of the Kona coffee at the Royal Hawaiian in Hawaii. This place is a charm, I'll never go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

I had to return for service to due miscommunication which is the reason for four stars. The waiting room is chilly, but nicely equipped and furnished. It offered cubes for computer work. Fortunately my car didn't need any urgent repairs because the quote for "suggested repairs" was high, as expected.

Andy is kind, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have been a customer for over 19 years and will continue driving Lexus as long as I can. The customer service is 100%, no one can beat this rating in my opinion. And my husband drives a BMW, lol

I like that your mechanics seem to know how to work on my car. I'm comfortable with them. But what I am not comfortable with my car is a 2017 and you guys when I need parts or something like that you guys find the most expensive parts to sell me instead of working with me as the owner of a 2017 car this is not a new car. I do not want to pay new car prices when I bring it in for a repair.

I submitted my mediocre service experience and I will not maintain my FUTURE 2025 warranty with McGrath of Chicago. I waited , my app time of 10:00AM until after 2:00PM. I did not receive updated texts while waiting. After waiting, I was told to go to the cashier to retrieve my Keys. Due to the long wait, I asked the cashier , EXACTLY what services was performed on my car!!!

Service advisor was not knowledgeable about cars and could not answer simple questions about the recommended services. He also was not able to estimate time frames for the required services (it ranges from 12 hours to 5 days). Once pushed, they was able to get the word in less than a day but I expect more from a Lexus dealer.

There was an aftermarket front console from Wal-Mart screwed in with wood screws to the base. Then, there was a vibration that was caused by four tires that were out of round. The pre-owned manager didn't offer any help. I made the mistake of buying it sight-unseen, but I thought McGrath Lexus in Chicago would have been more professional. You better bring a mechanic with you before you buy from these guys.

All I could tell them was that there was a terrible noise when the car was proceeding up an incline or when I made a turn. Because they wanted to do a thorough investigation, I was given a loaner but I was called much later in the afternoon when they found the problem. They are a pleasure to work with and my car has never driven better. Would not even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for service.
