Every time we bring our car in, the service is top-notch. We always go to Andy, and he goes above and beyond every single time. Honest, helpful, great communication and just an all-around solid guy. Lexus is already amazing on its own, but Andy might honestly be the reason we end up buying another one. The buying process at McGrath was the most enjoyable I've ever experienced! Donte was very responsive. They didn't try to add on all kinds of bogus fees. They added one extra, but when I told them I didn't want that, they removed it without any issue. The only part that could have been better was the finance department. I had everything in order and all I needed to do was sign the paperwork, but I still had to wait several hours.

There was an aftermarket front console from Wal-Mart screwed in with wood screws to the base. Then, there was a vibration that was caused by four tires that were out of round. The pre-owned manager didn't offer any help. I made the mistake of buying it sight-unseen, but I thought McGrath Lexus in Chicago would have been more professional. You better bring a mechanic with you before you buy from these guys.

All I could tell them was that there was a terrible noise when the car was proceeding up an incline or when I made a turn. Because they wanted to do a thorough investigation, I was given a loaner but I was called much later in the afternoon when they found the problem. They are a pleasure to work with and my car has never driven better. Would not even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for service.

Went in to for alignment, was recommended to replace a part. Received car back , car alignment was worst. Instead of pulling to right, it was pulling to the left. Had to bring it back, and still wheel and tires are not 100% aligned. Highly would not recommend.

I liked that my service advisor Daniel Howe was respectful of my time. He got my car pulled in quickly and I was able to grab a cubicle, plug up my computer and go to work. Tire pressure monitor had error message as it was not showing any tire pressure on the dashboard monitor. Informed the tech, but he only checked the tire pressure and the monitor is still not functioning.
