“This was a simple 7500 mile service (tire rotation, etc). However I mentioned that I was having some strange anomalies which looked like programing issues. The tech did a vehicle wide update (which took an extra day) to resolve all the issues. The service representative kept me informed with both texts and a phone call when it became apparent that they need to keep the car overnight.”

However I pointed out a issue before I purchased it and I have had to go back a couple times and have still not gotten it fixed and no follow up call from the shop as to when it will be fixed.
