Now, due to insurance protocols, I'm stuck going to a dealership to pay for a diagnostic fee out of pocket just to prove the issue is related to the original incident. While I appreciate the shop's transparency and accountability, the breakdown in quality control prior to delivery has left me dealing with a massive, unexpected headache. Ugh...”
