This was a simple 7500 mile service (tire rotation, etc). However I mentioned that I was having some strange anomalies which looked like programing issues. The tech did a vehicle wide update (which took an extra day) to resolve all the issues. The service representative kept me informed with both texts and a phone call when it became apparent that they need to keep the car overnight.

Tahoe was there for A month and A half for me engine install. When I got it back was assured that the truck was running fine. The truck had A power outage in the middle of rush hour in Chicago and on top of nearly dying in traffic. The truck had too go back to the dealership because of bad workmanship.

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation and the person who helped me (who was nice) quoted me for three other services. One was $500 - couldn't afford that but the other two together (by his numbers) would cost me an extra $200. I agreed. When I left they charged me $600! I felt stabbed in the back! When I asked about it, they said they'd have the service manager reach to me - that was over a week ago. Very disappointed.

My daughter went in they were very pleasant to her. She tested drove the car first. Then met up with her stepfather and I we went to the dealership and drove it as well. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Ended up leaving w said vehicle. Went a little over our budget but I think we are all happy with the purchase.

I asked one of your worker who was in a waiting room how much for the new wipers cuz I think the wipers that the car company put on my new car was not great. The guy said 60.00 dollars. Sold me a car with 4 bad tires all needing replaced. A chipped windshield needing replacement, auto start does not work, was told to take it to a Nissan dealership. The back tire sensor doesn't work, has to be replaced. They were going to charge me for everything, luckily the chipped windshield was replaced for free by the previous owner: Parkhill

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We'd like to clarify that this vehicle was purchased from the previous dealership prior to our acquisition. Any existing conditions or issues present at the time of sale were not the responsibility of our dealership. That said, we're always willing to review concerns and assist where possible. The former dealer informed us the tires would have been at 4/32 and as such passable, the windshield was covered, and they referred you to Nissan as the vehicle was still under factory warranty.

Had a 9:30 service appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Sat in waiting area until approximately 11:15. have never sat that long at a dealership for that type of service. Plus the waiting area was uncomfortable and cold. At this time would not recommend your shop to anyone. Very disappointed.

Suggestion of adding dye to the engine oil to find the exact spot of the leak did not make sense when the color was clearly transmission oil. Same thing happened one year ago and the tech did not have to add dye then to find the same leak. I expressed my concern to the service advisor who said it was up to the tech.

Every time I come here maintenance fails to do a thorough job. On 3 different occasions they failed to change my tire sensors after a rotation. They fail to top off fluids and properly fill grease certs. Their "multipoint" inspection is B/S in my opinion, when I have to pay them to do a job and have to do it myself anyway.

I did an oil change which went up in price, which I guess that is OK. I also had them look at a wheel pressure sensor that was recently changed because one of them wasn't reading. I got it back and none of the four wheels were reading now. I called and they said That he looked in the program and after doing that now they all don't read, but there is no solution offered. That's not OK.
