He answered " I've only had it to 63" ...alright so anyway I go look at the thing. At the office, no latte, no bubbly water. So I look over the truck, drive it and buy it...He barely budged on the price, I mean there was a similar model closer to me for only about 3000 more, but he wouldn't price match. So I bought a clean work truck for less than I could find close to me, It better last me , or else I'll just go back there and buy another VERY reasonably priced truck.”

Multiple phone calls were made to the dealership when the due time passed and a call back was promised each time, but it never came. Finally, a call came from the service coordinator who indicated that the truck had just come off the lift and will be ready in a few minutes... when I arrived to pick it up. The truck was so hot inside that it was obvious that it had been out in the sun for awhile, meaning that the work was likely completed well before the call came.. frustrating that something as simple as a phone call can not be relied on with this service department”
