I came in to get my oil changed routine maintenance and tires rotated. The only issue I have is a few days later my TPS sensor came on tire pressure sensor. I had to put air in all four of my tires which lets me know that my tires probably wasn't rotated nor was air added.

Very friendly and professional assistance. Work was performed quickly and my service provider kept me updated as work was being done . I came in for an oil change and was educated on future needs for my car care . I will have all my future car needs performed at this shop !

Great service as always from Honda of Joliet. When they could not complete my repair same day they provided a loaner for overnight. Car was done next day correctly and without issue. Bret was great at keeping me informed through the entirety of the service call.

Fast, efficient and cost-friendly. I felt like the prices have gone up a LOT lately, but that's probably inflation. I'd rather people NEVER discover this place because otherwise, I'd never get an appointment, let alone be able to come in off the street like I did...!

The worst service I have ever received. They try to sell you on services you don't need and don't even fix the issue. I will never go back to Honda service again. They told me all my dash lights on my 2021 Honda pilot was because my trans fluid needed to be flushed and replaced. Picked up my car and all dash lights are still on. paid $900 for literally nothing. DO NO GO TO HONDA SERVICE IN JOLIET.

They performed the service as requested. However I told them to inspect the front wheels for creaking. They didn't find anything. However when I got a second opinion at another shop, they diagnosed that the control arm bushings were in poor condition. How do you miss that on inspection?

I had an appointment, but when I arrived at my appointment time I was told oil changes are. First come first serve bases and they were booked but would still get me in only I'd have to wait 2.5 hours! Would have been nice for them to say that when I was trying to book the appointment. I could have been there when they opened at 7 am. I left and took it somewhere else.

Just a little annoyed that a new sticker was attached to windshield on driver side. But the old sticker was not removed. It would have taken a minute more to remove. I did have to go looking for my car to leave. They used to bring it around for customer. The little things sometimes matter.

The Service Department at Honda Superstore of Joliet has GREAT customer service. Brett was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed and I felt like I had an advocate with my auto repair needs. I often say you buy a car once from a salesman however, you deal with the service department every time after that. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is that do not take appointments for oil changes/tire rotation. So unless you get there at 7:00am when they open, expect to wait for 2 hours for service. They do offer to give you a ride/shuttle if you want to leave the building., other wise bring a book to read.

I liked I was able to use a coupon for this. I DID NOT LIKE that I made an appointment for this service, and told them at the time I would be waiting for my vehicle. They then told me that it would be about two hours! For an oil change I had an appointment for?! What is the point of taking appointments when you don't adhere to it?
