Find out that dorazio ford is ending there lifetime oil change program. I guess a contract/agreement when you spend 10's of thousands of dollars at a dealership means nothing anymore. I can see ending the program but you should honer the purchases that were made under the premise of "lifetime oil changes". And to put a expiration date on the $50 coupons is another kick to the groin.

Dropped my car off at 1030 saying I'd be back at 230 to pick it up. They agreed. It still wasn't finished at 3. Finally drove away at 330. Lifetime oil changes as included in the contract when I bought the car have been discontinued. That's stinky! Otherwise it's an ok place if you want to pay full price for service. Guys are courteous, place is clean.

New front wipers were installed & work well. I asked that the tires not be rotated bc they were new, but I asked that they be retorqued but there is no notation that they were. I asked that the left CV joint be checked, but there is no notation about that either.

Went in for service and an oil change. My wife and I were greeted with the most friendly and courteous service staff. They were very accommodating and kept us informed during the service work being performed. When the work was complete, the service writer explained everything they found and the remedy. What a great dealership!

The pick up and return is very convenient. During the oil change a leak was discovered. The manager called to let me know what was needed and the cost. He was able to get the part overnight. I had my car back the next day. The personnel are all very nice at D'Orazio.

I took advantage of the pick up and return for my routine service which is very convenient. As usual, personnel were friendly and efficient and everything went smoothly. D'Orazio stayed in touch via text so I knew exactly where my car was in the process and when to expect it to be delivered back home.

Options included home visit to render service which I declined because I was fully able to get my car there; but I thought that was a very useful perc if one were incapacitated or working from home, for example. Just super courteous, professional, & pleasant.

Its always important to work with a service team that is knowledgeable and polite, but DOrazio adds much more such as valet service so you dont have to wait on your car to be done. If you prefer to wait, there is a pleasant waiting area with nice amenities. I have never had a problem with any of the service performed. I also like that I am informed about anything else that might be due but never pushed in any way to have it done.
