Seemed disorganized and not seriously interested in meeting the service they claimed to provide. Sales rep quit after purchase dealt with general manager who was not interested in being helpful. Repairs not done as originally approved. Never will use them again nor would I recommend them

The recall was not completed as they did not have required parts. It has been now two weeks and no parts. Recall now complete but I was upset because during both service trips numerous staff members did not wear face masks. This caused me to feel that they didn't care about my safety.

Made an appointment called for pricing questions and the appointment was never made by service writer and made the appointment for apr tune and was told it couldnt be done on my Audi when I was told it can be done there waste of my time and the mileage is wrong on my visit my car has 22,000 miles on it not what they put on my visit

I had to tell them three times that my coolant suddenly became very low and my engine light was flashing for that, also that my cruise control stops working sometimes, they pretty much brushed it off, then lied to me about the cruise control error, they said my cruise control wasnt working because my coolant was low lol!!! I wasnt born yesterday folks.

They now charge a 3.57% surcharge when you use credit cards. Pretty underhanded imo. You dont find out till the end. I now have to find a new dealer

Wrong, I don't believe what they say. When I bought a car from them, I was told that the oils and filters were replaced, but even the stickers on the windshield did not stick, and no one knew what they had poured into the engine.

they claimed that they had performed a full inspection and replacement of oils and filters, but when selling on 10/22/2022, they did not issue me any document confirming the plowing. Very dishonest sellers. I do not recommend it

This service never happened. I took my car here for my first oil change in 2019 and will not go back. Slow service, they didn't wash or vacuum the car, all at a higher price than a local shop.
