2nd bad experience. I felt uneasy leaving my car there after the 1st experience, but didn't go with my gut. They are under new management, so I was giving them a 2nd chance. They give Honda a bad name & reinforce the sleezy car dealership stereotype. Will never go back.

My experience went well. My Customer Service Agent was attentive, friendly and answered all of my questions. However, I also came in for a Fuel Pump for my 2019 Honda CRV which has been recalled and unfortunately the part was not available. Hopefully, I will get called soon to have this resolved.

I had taken my car in recently and had to bring it back because the Low Tire Pressure Light came on and remain on which was an issue until my tires were rotated and balance. I returned my car back and was not happy in doing so but Gary W. in the service dept. was very helpful, extremely professional and kind. With this second visit and Gary's input the LTP light has been solved so far. Thank you. J

Easy to schedule. After that communication was poor. Given number to call and check completion. No answer and no response to texts. Call Main reception and got fielded to every departmtne except where I wanted! Finally told car was ready and went there only to find it was not ready. Lot of my time wasted and lot of frustration
