“I contacted Andean Chevrolet scheduling department to schedule an appointment for my 2024 Silverado truck to check a possible leak in one of tires. Upon arriving at my appointment, I met with Jeremy Rattertree, Service Manager to discuss the possible options of repairing a tire which did not end well. Jeremey and Chris Hamner researched to see if purchasing one new tire of the same brand and model was an option which it was not. Therefore, Jeremy mentioned the sale on Michelin Tires and we determined that was the best option for my truck. Chris ordered the tires and they were put on the same week. Then It was determined that the truck was out of alignment once the tires were installed. Chris was quick to schedule my appointment for the alignment as it was late in the day and no technician was available to complete. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment for the alignment, Chris took me straight in, had the alignment completed by the backup alignment staff member who stayed late to complete the service in a rapid manner and then I was on my way. The extra effort to complete the service quickly was very much appreciated. I am very grateful that the service department staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend Andean Chevy to all my family and friends.”
