Every time I go to this dealership, they take very long to get an oil change done. It took an hour and 40 minutes this time. Last few times it took even longer. They also forgot to put screws back on enging sheild. My car was making lots of noise, so I took it to a local mechanic, and he tightened about 6 screws. I am not going back to this dealer again.

I told them I needed to the service done in time to get to a doctor's appointment. They consulted with the shop supervisor and promised we they would get me on my way in time, even though there was a lengthy recall procedure that had to be completed. I was on my way about 30 minutes earlier than my requested time. I appreciated their concern for my schedule.

Great Service! Just very long wait times compared to other dealers. Wish they had a snack bar like the Toyota dealerships have when people have to wait for 5 hours because there are not many places within walking distance to eat. Overall good service.

It sat over 24 hours before a diagnosis was made, even though I had an appointment.
Had to wait 4 days for loaner car - unacceptable

The service manager was good in taking off taxes but they overcharged and told me my radiator and axels were not covered under my warranty from wear and tear. Lies because I got pictures and they were not worn.
Do not use or buy a Hyundai because they will make an excuse to say it's not covered under warrenty

Spent a morning waiting for an oil change and fluid top off service for my daughter's car only to find out that during an extended trip through inclement weather the next day, she did not have any windshield wiper fluid. It put her in a bad spot that I did not appreciate. I also reported this to the service advisor.
What else did they say they did but did not??

Pricing was ridiculously high. $90 for an oil change, $174 for a brake flush. 59.95 for a filter change. I could have refused them but decided to go ahead this time. Since I'm out of warranty I will be looking for an alternative service place maybe Rick Case or an independent. You don't even was my car with a $400 bill !!!!

Service here is poor. It took then almost 4 hours to a pil change and alignment while I waited on my car. I had an appointment set for this as well. In the middle of working on my car, I was notified they were having a staff meeting and stopped working on my car and had to wait even longer. Customer service is NOT their priority.

Disappointing experience. Despite claiming a multi-point inspection, my car showed low tire pressure within a mile of leaving the service center. If they missed something so basic, I wonder what else was overlooked. When leaving the car at the service center for days for repairs, reaching them by phone is impossibletext replies take hours, and the only quick way to get answers is to visit in person.
