I went to the Herbert Auto on Keith bridge Road in Georgia. They overcharged me for the parts. They charged me for eight spark plugs on a six cylinder vehicle and now I'm having a hard time getting my money back. It's clearly on the receipt that it's a six cylinder vehicle and it says eight spark plugs. And the manager is giving me a hard time about repaying my money.

Waited at least 20 minutes. The technician was most unpersonable, wouldn't even smile back at me! I've always received a $5.00 discount, but not this time - $25.00 with NO discount. Of course, apparently it's no longer run by Herbert Emissions; sounded like he said he worked for Grease Monkey. I'll find someone else in the future. I was definitely dissatisfied!

I went to 2 different Herbert Automotive places because the first one said that they didnt have a usb cord so he couldnt do my emissions test but then I drove to another Herbert Automotive place and they were able to complete my test without issues. 1st place would get a 3 where as the 2nd place would get a 5
