I have never had a video of the undercarriage of my car, but was happy to receive one to show that nothing was wrong with my oil pan. Very happy with the service I received at this shop and will be bringing my other vehicles for service there as well.

Great customer service all the way around. Went in for a oil change and they sent out a report stating that I need 2 other services. Did not try to push me on them. Asked which one they recommend and that's the one I went with . Was told we can do the other one when I go back for a oil change.

I trust Christian Brothers and took the vehicle to them, even though it had 15k miles on it, to have it inspected and verified whether the dealership's claim was true. I noticed the vehicle was shaking under hard braking, and the brake pedal was very soft. Once again, they found issues that the dealership had said did not exist. Brake rotors were damaged, and the pads were wearing unevenly. Brake fluid was contaminated, and the battery had very low cranking power.
