I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to make 2 separate phone calls. - Service Advisor was cordial, knowledgeable, took the time to look up the DTC's in continuous memory I asked about. - S.A. reviewed results of the multi-point inspection with me - The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is because when I got home, I found the brake fluid reservoir cap sitting on the windshield wiper cowl. I emailed the Service Advisor to let him know. He apologized and said he would let the tech know about the oversight. I tested the fluid for moisture content and it tested OK. Overall, a good service experience. Things appear to have improved a great deal since my initial experiences with this dealership's service department 2 years ago.”
