The mobile services shop at this dealership is excellent. They return calls and set up appointments very quickly. I had a weird situation where I did the repairs myself but needed them to come out and update the ECM to stop the warnings on the dash. They took the extra time to understand exactly what I needed, showed up early to the appointment and got the job done. This department treats us very well!

My service writer Tyler was great, good communication and very friendly. My truck was brought in for a couple of minor repairs and an oil change. I had to return it a week later and was told that I needed tores, bracks, and a oil gasket. All of these should have been reported during the oil change.

I brought my vehicle for tune up and mentioned that it had been idling rough. They service me my vehicle at checkout said not problems. I had to turn around because the vehicle was still idling rough. Basically had to pull out of them that there were concerns about my transmission. I won't be back.

They were unable to fix my issue with my truck. The beep sound does not work in notifying me that there is someone in my blind side. It used to beep and now it does not. Krause said they would need the truck so that they could get Ford Engineers to look at the issue. I would think that Ford would provide their dealerships all the needs to solve and fix all issues. A

It seems wrong to put on the paperwork that fees can be avoided by using a check and then not allowing you to pay by check.

Bought a 2023 Lincoln Aviator. Carfax was clean car history. I noticed a few days later the car has damaged not reported on the carfax. It has been repainted and door doesn't line up with front fender, hood with front bumper, and paint issues. Dealer is not willing to buy the car back. Overpaid for a car with damage that was not disclosed. I would not recommend this dealership.

Not a great experience. My MKX lost power while I was driving (but worked fine once we turned it off and back on) and I took it to them to investigate why I had a power train failure code. They couldn't recreate code but replaced 3 things. When I went to pick my car up after the repair was done they couldn't find my keys or my car, but did after about 30 minutes. I also feel their charge for the work they did was excessive.
