They took time to complete the list of needed service items. It did take longer than expected so it was a long wait. Could have used more updates through the afternoon. However they did listen to my request about tire pressures and I had no trouble with tire pressures on the trip home!

The dealership didn't take time to look over the vehicle when they was asked to check to see why the fan was constantly coming on if they had a check they would have saw that it was a radiator leak which cause the car to overheat just plain old negligence.sometimes when the customer asks you to look at something please take time to look over the car completely before letting the customer drive off with a problem

I would give 5 stars but the mechanic failed to reconnect the AC compressor clutch wires. I had left the premises and was almost at work when I noticed and had to turn around and go back. It was connected fairly fast, but I should have not had to take the car back. I should get a free oil change.

Just a simple oil change and tire rotation. After leaving there was a grinding sound coming from the front. I returned and was taken back in quickly. They found a stone lodged in the left front brake rotor. They removed it and sent me on my way in less than an hour.. no charge. A great experience.

The Staff all seemed more dialed in and highly customer service oriented. I appreciate the old-school, personalized care approach in this time of impersonal transactions. It goes a long way. I can find service cheaper elsewhere but as long as your staff continues to perform at this level I'm on-board.

I went to the service center with fairly deep knowledge of my engine's issues. I had a P engine code and what that meant. They took what I knew and did some more testing. They figured out that I had put in counterfeit sparkplugs a few weeks ago. They saved me $600 in parts and 8 plus hours in labor to fix what the code was saying was wrong.

Absolutely a very horrible service from the moment I drove in till checking out.Service centre promised to get car ready in four hours but ended up spending 6hrs, no lone car, but a shuttle, shuttle failed to arrive for my pick up and had to wait for uber for another 30mins. No one deem it fit to apologize

They had the car checked and never called us to discuss our options. We sat for two hours. they had the information but never called.
They did not reattach the bottom of the car correctly after an oil change. It fell while driving home. Had to fix it ourselves to get home.

After performing that service by Hennessy Technician, the original and the only reason I was there, persisted.
Now the issue in my car is fixed by someone else different that Hennessy technician.

Need an improved explanation on what is needed in the beginning and not duplicating a particular service such as a tire rotation and then new tires during the second day of the same visit. Is a tire rotation of the old tires needed if you are replacing all 4 tires with new tires during the same service???

Hennessey generally does and excellent job. I only gave 4 stars because I had specified that an oil change was not yet due (the Hennessey sticker on my windshield said I had 2000 miles to go on the current oil) but the oil was changed anyway. Not a big deal, but will 2000 miles of useful life on the oil in the engine, I would not have incurred an oil change expense until September.

The Service was quick and complete
The service pointed out that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded. I mentioned that the only place the this car has been sevicecd was here at Hennessy Honda and if the lug nut was cross threaded that it was done here. I asked if it was would I be expected to pay for it. The service writer said he understood what I was saying but that is the way it is .Not happy with that

It was almost good, until I was given the final price. Over $400 more than I authorized. Talk about anxiety attack. So, called and got to the svc advisor who said to ignore the invoice and give him a few minutes. Sure enough, the invoice came back at the authorized price. Actually, $20 cheaper, so, I now have a car that'll last another few years, with the repairs made, and Hennessey made it right.
