Herb took great care of us. A week after we bought the car they sent mom an extra key fob. She was so surprised. If mommas happy, everybodys happy. These guys have earned their very high rating.”
“They followed up on the request to see the car and helped set a day and time that I wanted, BUT here is where it falls apart. They were suppose to call on the day of appointment per the phone conversation to follow up to assure I was coming and vehicle would still be available. The drive was over an hour and half away. I called when I was leaving to be assured they were still ready for me and vehicle was available. I called twice with no answer, then followed up with a text message just to confirm my appointment but I, myself asked if the vehicle was still available to be sure not to WASTE my time, took them a bit but in text they came back with the vehicle had a deposit on it, meaning someone is already in process. I promptly cancelled the appointment with them through text, but that could of wasted 3 hours of my day plus. A phone call to let me know the vehicle is in sale process could of avoided this.”

Shpend called/text me back with the availability as well as setup a time for us to video chat showing me the car as I am out of state. He was more than helpful and a pleasure to do business with!! We flew out from Las Vegas, agreeing that he would open up early for us to help get back on the road right away. After a minor hiccup, which Shpend again found us exactly what we needed to get back on road. Above and Beyond service truly!! Would definitely recommend, thank you again!!”

“called and inquired about the car, spoke to the owner Mike and explained that I would not be able to come to his dealership, as it was 1100 miles away and would have to trust his description of the car. Mike was very understanding and took a bit of time telling me about the car. He agreed to go out to the car and get back to me with the answers I requested. He sent me extra pictures showing my concerns
and they satisfied me. After some thought I called the next day and made an offer. He excepted and we closed the deal, Mike was a gentleman and because of that he made a sale. I asked if he had a trusted a car transport company that he used. He gave a name and now my purchase sits in my driveway. Thank you Mike, you're awesome.”
