This must be a scam. I offered full price, it took 2 to 3 days to get a response. I called and provided my CC for a deposit, and still the sales person never called. I don't believe they actually have the car but they keep it listed to get people into their dealership. I suspect their Google reviews are fake as well. I would certainly avoid this dealership.

We contacted the dealership a week before driving out to Chicago from Denver. We traded numerous emails in which we asked for specific details and pictures of any damage or issues with the car. We had seen what looked like a scuff, in one of the pictures in their ad, and we were told that they would buff it out, and that that was the only thing wrong with the car. Everything was perfect, according to them. So, on their word, we drove over 1k miles to trade our car and purchase theirs. Upon our arrival, we learned that we were lied to. There were several other scratches in the paint, a door ding, and damage to the rear bumper and diffuser, where it looked like someone had backed into a pole. They offered us an additional 1k toward our trade and said that that was all they could do. We were incredibly irritated, given that we had just driven over 1k miles based on lies but also did not want the trip to be a complete waste, and it appeared that we could just fix the issues at reasonable cost, so we went ahead and purchased the car. During our drive back to Denver, we obviously became more familiar with the car, and during our 15 hours in the car on the way home, we noticed that the aftermarket starlit headliner that they swore was a "very expensive option", looked like it was done with glue and duct tape, in somebody's driveway. This is on a 2025 Cadillac, mind you. It was the worst install job I've seen in 30 years of driving and working on cars. I have plenty of pictures if anyone wants to see just how ridiculous it looks. We reached out to the dealership to let them know that this is not ok and give them an opportunity to make it right. The response was that "it wasn't fair" of us to ask them to make something right after we had bought the car, and that we signed papers and their documentation was "bulletproof", so we basically needed to shut up and color. So for this 1 year old Cadillac with 12k miles on it, that they claimed was in perfect condition, clearly as a way to get us to drive out there, we had to use $960 of the 1k credit we got, to replace the rear diffuser, we are now going to have to pay several thousand dollars to put the headliner back to oem, because of the ridiculous work that was done to put stars in the headliner, I had to order new sun shades for both sides, for $180 plus shipping, I had to go around the car and buff out several spots in the paint, we have to pay to have a door ding removed, and replace a couple speaker covers that the moron who installed the headliner, damaged during the install. The dealership has no desire to fix all of the things that they lied and said were perfect, before we drove over a thousand miles believing we were dealing with a business that was operating in good faith. Prior to our driving out there, we read all of their reviews and were quite impressed with all of the great things that people had said. After our experience, we dug into those reviews a little more, only to find that this company pays people to leave false, good reviews. Our experience with them has been nothing short of awful, and I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I was ready to buy the car that I wanted after I drove 4+ hours to test drive it. All I wanted is to be able to review the contract before signing and ask a few questions to my lawyer given that it's my first time ever buying a car and when I got my lawyer on the phone the sales guy started cussing at him saying "f this" and "f that". If that wouldn't have happened I would've no doubt bought that car after reviewing the contract. I don't know if this is normal for this dealership but I don't care if you guys have the super car of my dreams I will never do business with you ever again.
