“Well it was great to have a recall addressed at my residence instead of dropping off at dealership. But tech failed to say it was a diagnostic test run as well. I asked if everything was fine ? He said passed but I didn't understand that response. Not sure recall was addressed. But I get a message about two other issues that came out that did need addressing. I took my vehicle somewhere else for those issues minor ones. I did not appreciate lack of communication on the part of the tech who came to service the car. Nowadays all this lack of transparency and communication is troubling and annoying.”

“This was an OUTSTANDING and EASY experience. Hans is a true professional, DO NOT listen to these fools who arbitrarily posted some petty 1 star reviews. I just bought a 2000 SL500 SIGHT UNSEEN and literally shipped it nearly 3000 miles across the continental US solely on the WORD that Hans gave me about the car being in good condition.
