We apologize for any issues that you have had on the 22 Palisade. We did offer the full purchase price against another vehicle or a cash offer with no obligation to purchase. The vehicle has 86,457 miles and the transmission simply failed and was replaced under warranty. The Palisade runs and drives great and is ready for pick up. We wish the transmission didn't fail. The Palisade was a One Owner trade in with great service history and a clean car fax report. We did provide a New Service Loaner for substitute transportation and we also had the 22 Palisade Detailed for delivery. We do care about our customers and do the right thing within reason.

The team ignored me when I arrived as my service rep was not at her desk, but three others were there. One did not look up from his phone the whole time. The furniture at the dealership has been heavily used and is worn out. The sales rep near the waiting area was playing a YouTube video very loudly and it was distracting. It is not a pleasant space to wait 2.5 hours for recall work to be completed, not even regular service.

Second time visit in last 10 days due to completely dead battery. Nothing in car worked. Can be jumped and drove to dealer. First occurrence they did a deep charge, said alls fine. This time they did a full parasitic draw test. Found no cause, but obviously, there is a cause. When it happens again, and it will, I'll go forward with taking the issue to regional case manager.

Hyundai has a warranty test that the tech has to complete in order to replace a battery under warranty. If the battery tests good, then the tech would do a electrical draw test to determine the cause.

I had a nail in my tire and I was told my a salesman to bring it in and they would repair it and if not, I would receive $150 towards the purchase of new tire. I called the day before and a service manager said bring it in.
I brought my 2025 Palisade in and waited upwards of 2+ hours to be told that the tire could not be repaired and there would be no $150 given towards my new tire.
Not a very good experience.

The service consultants are nice and the wait area is fine. However, when I was informed my car was complete and I can get it in the pickup area. I went to the designated area and a car was there but not mine. They got cars confused which is not a big deal and my vehicle arrived shortly after the incident was discovered. However, it makes me wonder if the correct service was done on my vehicle (oil change and tire rotation).

This shop had no clue what is going on. Kept the car for over a week and loosely explained a $3,000 repair. When I asked followup questions no one could be bothered to call me back over the next two weeks. I ended up just giving up and taking it to another shop who couldn't even identify the issue!
